The extracts exhibited growth inhibition zones ranging from 2.4 to 26.5 mm on the bacterial cells, especially, strongly inhibiting the growth of Agrobacterium tumefaciens 208 and Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris, Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. vesicatoria, X. axonopodis pv. citri, and X. axonopodis pv. glycines forming inhibition zones greater than 14 mm.
