Pain

Technique: The study includes AP, lateral, open-mouth odontoid and flexion and extension views.

Findings: No fracture or subluxation is seen. The vertebral body and disc space heights are maintained. No bony
impingement is seen upon the neural foramina on either side. Cervical spine is straight on the neutral view. Normal
flexion and extension is seen
No prevertebral soft tissue swelling is seen.
IMPRESSION: Straight cervical spine on the neutral view showing normal flexion and extension.
