摘 要
随着社会的进步与发展，人们生活水平的提高，旅游渐渐地成为人们生活的一部分。旅游业作为国民经济发展中的重要支柱产业，实现旅游信息化建设有着一定的必然性。但目前在旅游企业的应用中，还存在诸多问题。本文以济南市为例，对济南市旅游信息化的发展进行研究，通过研究济南市旅游信息化的发展现状、机遇和挑战，分析济南市旅游信息化存在的问题，提出相应的对策，为济南市旅游业发展争取更广阔的空间，以期对国内旅游业的发展提供一定的借鉴。
