Please find below reply-
1. Yes, ARAI certificate is responsibility of Tata. Please send corrected CTR (component level test requirement) documents for Tailgate and Qtr glass ASAP as today TRSO will be signed off and I need to submit both.
2. Point 3.4- Type of Gauging CMM – There is no fix format by Tata, you have already prepared it and I requested to modify.
3. Point 8.2/3/4- Detailed APQP- Advance Product Quality Planning timeline to submit. Tata have no such format but you can use our own format OR if you are using any format to other customer you can use it.
4. Point 10.1/2/3/4/5- We need list last 3 years data- Partwise supply to Tata Motors and against it Quality Issues reported by Tata QA. In this sheet you can take help of Ms. May and our QA person and I also can tell you quality issues in this period.
5. EPC- In EPC Tata told that only we need to plan about Extra Quality Station(Firewall) after Final Production to make double sure for Product Quality, not allowing defects in glass to Tata. Tata suggests Quality Firewall should be for at least for 6 months till the stabilization of Production Process. Fuyao need to submit that Plan of this to Tata. Request to work/plan. There is no format by Tata for this also, you can use your own.
