本文通过分析初中生英语听力水平的现状，提出初中生普遍存在听力问题的原因，并在坚持六项基本原则的基础上，提出相对应的对策，以期提高初中生英语听力水平。

This paper analyzes the current situation of junior high school English listening level, junior high school students made common cause of hearing problems, and insisted on the basis of the six basic principles put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the junior high school English listening level.
