我是GET/CF的严素霞，目前就职于废水处理中心，从事废水处理的相关工作。2012年开始，我主要负责中水回用车间的运营工作。中水回用车间运营初期，反渗透膜系统因微生物等污染，需频繁地进行化学清洗，既影响运行，又会缩短反渗透膜的使用寿命。后经过改进，如增加杀菌系统、优化杀菌剂种类等，现反渗透膜系统运行稳定，化学清洗周期由2周延长至4-6周。2014年，我对BAF系统进行停止曝气的试验，并提交了两项专利申请。
2004年毕业至今，我一直从事环保工作，也希望可以一直致力于环保工作。近期的目标是2-3年内通过人事局的评审和认定，能够取得高职工程师的职称。
此前我对目标程序没有任何了解，初次接触，既想参与，但又担心。我想参与是因为可以提升我的能力，可以更容易地实现我的目标，我有所担心是因为我的英语较贫瘠。尽管如此，我还是想尽力参加，谢谢公司及领导给予的机会。

I'm Yan Suxia from GET/CF, in wastewater treatment center at present, engaged in related work in wastewater treatment. Beginning in 2012, I mainly responsible for shop floor operation work of reclaimed water. Water reuse workshop operation initial stage, reverse osmosis system because of microbial pollution, need frequent chemical cleaning, not only affects the operation, will shorten the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane. After the improvement, such as increased sterilization system, optimize the bactericidal agent type, now the reverse osmosis system running stability, chemical cleaning cycle from 2 weeks to 4-6 weeks. In 2014, I tested stop aeration on the BAF system, and has submitted two patent applications.
Since graduating in 2004, I have been engaged in environmental protection work, also hope to have been committed to environmental protection work. The near-term goal is 2-3 years through the Bureau of personnel assessment and identification, can obtain higher vocational Engineer title.
I had no understanding of the target program, the initial contact, both want to participate, but worry about. I want to participate because it can improve my ability, can more easily achieve my goal, I worried because my English is poor.
