Lessor shall be responsible for any defect incurred by the construction of the Project either due to poor construction, poor quality or the use of below-standard materials. As from the lease registration date the Lessor warrants as follows:
(A) Guaranteed period for structure 5 years;
(B) Guaranteed period for other components other than those specified above is 1 year.
