Ashenbaum et al. (2009) concluded that their operationalising of the SCGS based on
these three dimensions had been “reasonably established”, and that future research
could focus on expanding them. We have taken this advice, and used the same three
dimensions in our own case-based research on RL. Our paper is organised as follows.
