We are now finishing the inspections on the samples you provided last December on 100W and 130W. it took quite some time.
We made the dimensional inspection and we discovered that the diameter in picture 1 (109,2mm, Runner) is 0,5 mm bigger than the one on picture 2 (108,6mm, SIMEL) on same motor type.
If we compare the dimensions of model DYD 110, this difference is even bigger (107,80mm). we need this measure to be reduced to 108mm.


On the other hand, the flange for 100W motor is OK after the modification (still remains a possible improvement on the area surrounding the 7,5mm hole (see picture)


Please let us know how you can amend on 130-160W flange


Overheating ans tart up tests shall be finished within next Tuesday
