一、标准化厂房概况
多层公共标准化厂房由登封市建设投资总公司承建,其中:
标准化厂房A区位于产业集聚区发展区西部,占地面积38.8亩,建筑面积5.8万平方米。其中厂房8栋,设计四层;科研楼1栋,设计六层。

二、承租条件
(一)承租方经营的产业内容必须符合国家的宏观产业政策和产业集聚区的产业导向;项目必须符合环保、消防、安全生产等要求。
(二)承租方必须在登封市进行工商注册和税务登记。
(三)企业固定资产投资不低于300万元,年销售收入不低于500万元,税收不低于30万元。
三、审批程序
(一)企业入驻标准化厂房前,需提供进驻申请和企业基本情况、入驻项目情况、项目核准和环保审批手续、项目设备清单等。
(二)项目审批后,入驻企业与登封市建设投资总公司签订租赁合同,交纳有关费用后正式入驻。

四、租赁费用

五、优惠政策

六、退出机制
承租方有下列情形之一的,产业集聚区管委会有权解除租赁合同,收回厂房及附属设施,一切损失由承租方承担:
(一)企业拖欠租金或其他费用超过3个月的;
(二)年纳税在100元/㎡以下的;
(三)企业有违法经营,私自转租、分租、调剂、交换租赁物的;
(四)停产、停业时间达半年以上的。
七、管理要求
(一)租赁期间,承租方可根据生产经营特点进行装修或增设附属设施,但不得破坏厂房主体结构和扩建,方案须报业主方审批。
(二)租赁期间,承租方应按要求对租赁厂房进行维护。
(三)承租方须服从统一物业管理,按时交纳相关费用。
