Thank you for your e-mail, and apologies for any inconvenience so far.
As part of the usual transaction process, your bank will reserve the required funds in your account, and they will no longer be shown as available. When the original transaction fails as it has here, the bank will then return these reserved funds to you. This can take 3-5, or 5-10 days, depending on your bank.
If/when we process parts of your order again, we will charge your account for the individual prices, and the rest should be in the process of coming back to your account.
