Party B agrees that Party A or (and) Party A customers to the contract product quality audit at Party B factory, Party A shall submit to Party B the requirements for the audit before the scheduled audit date of at the latest two weeks at the latest.

Party B agrees that Party A or (and) Party A's customers shall go to Party B's factory to conduct quality audit of the contract products, and Party A shall put forward to Party B the demand for attendance audit at least two weeks before the scheduled audit date.
