The Lump Sum CONTRACT Price shall be the complete compensation to CONTRACTOR for the supply of all labors, materials and equipment as required to complete the WORK in accordance with the CONTRACT. It shall not be subjected to escalation and shall only be adjusted by the use of Change Order.
