Generally, it can be said that the analysis of the research studies results have confirmed general objective of this paper, and that is to prove the negative influence of mobile phone use while driving.By summing up the results of epidemiological research studies, it was found that the authors of mentioned studies were looking at the prevalence or frequency of mobile phone use, identification of the characteristics of drivers who tend to use mobile phones more often while driving, connection between mobile phone use and car crash risk, the effects mobile phone use while driving has on reduction of driving performance, as well as at the psychological factors that influence drivers’ decisions to use mobile phones while driving.
