Dear Jacelyn，

As you know，after long time consideration during past half year，I made the hard final decision to
continue my career as DM programmer in another company. The planed on board date is 1-Sep-2016，which means this August
maybe my last month as clinical data manager in MSD. As a Mercker，the last 3 years is my
most memorable period through my entire career，it's really my pleasure to work with you and other great guys to do such a cool thing - “heal the world”. It's just like basketball，as I grow up，the coach suggest me to change a position from shooting guard into small forward at another basketball team，however we still play in the same league，maybe we will be teammate again one day since we love this game and have the same goal. I'd like to thank you for all your help during the past two years in GDO big family，I hope to work with you and other colleagues to achive a seamless transition in the coming days.
