Section 8: Assumptions, Exclusion, Exceptions and Deviations on
Supply
8.1 Any scope not specially mentioned is excluded from this contract.
8.2 Civil works are not included in our scope (foundation/anchor bolt setting).
8.3 Our Price includes Complete Structural Design of the Steel Building.
8.4 No allowance has been made to design, detail, coordinate, manage or build any
architectural features or art works other than what is shown on WEC’s offer or WEC’s
proposal drawings.
8.5 No allowance has been made to coordinate or manage the design of MEP (Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing) services nor have we allowed for the support of MEP
equipment unless specifically mentioned in our offer.
8.6 Our price does not include doors/windows not specifically mentioned in the offer.
8.7 Our price does not include all expenses incurred inside the country of import, duties,
taxes, custom clearance fees and demurrage charges due to delays in returning the
containers to the shipping lines.
8.8 All interior partitions are by others unless specifically mentioned in our offer.
8.9 WEC operates in accordance with its Standard Quality Plan and Inspection & Testing
Procedure (ITP). All Quality Control and Inspection procedures will be strictly in
accordance with WEC’s Inspection and Testing Plan only.
8.10 Any 3rd Party Inspection( in accordance with our Standard ITP) is excluded and such
Inspections will be under Owner's responsibility
