Following on from you recent KA2 work where you isolated after various reaction times (TW 41-43) could you please get a further large sample of DBAP (enough for a total of approx. 12 experiments).

We want to repeat this work with an additional experiment at 4 hour ie. 1,2,4 and 12 hour at 90-95C and also carry out at 80-85C under the same conditions. We would also like to try some experiments at different toluene ratios.

The main aim of this work is to try to get a better understanding of reaction and rhodamine formation rates.

If you could please arrange for large DBAP sample and start the first series of experiments 1,2,4,12 hour I will send you further details shortly.
