With the approval of the VQS sheet

With the approval of the VQS sheet the supplier confirms, that the above listed characteristics are minimum part of his control plan.
The supplier is responsible to define further measurements/inspections in order to produce the parts within specification.
If parameters which are not mentioned on this sheet deviate from the drawing, the supplier is fully responsible for the consequences, too.
