there is no chance to develop a sense of trust when people meet to talk over issues。
there are no rituals like tea or coffee before discussing business,though this is a convention in my country.
when we discuss business it starts with a leisurely chat.
i think that it is important for business partners to get familiar with each other first and to feel relaxed.
if the exchange is too abrupt,there is a risk that something will be forgotten.
some possibilities go without being assessed when there is too much pressure.
