the last time I reported this issue, it was explained that this is an error with Gmail. However, that is not possible because this notification is ZenUI asking for permission – therefore, ASUS wrote that permission request. In fact, you can get that permission request to show up again by going in to Settings> Apps > ZenUI Launcher >Storage > Manage Space and clearing the data for that app. Since that also clears any permissions granted to the app, when you go to open gmail again, that prompt for permissions will show up again.
