摘要
隧道施工组织设计作为指导施工全过程，保证施工组织正常进行的主要技术经济性文件，对工程的控制有极其重要的作用，是施工技术与施工项目科学管理的重要手段，隧道工程本身是一种特殊的工程项目。隧道施工组织设计作为交通工程道路工程的重要组成部分，在施工中具有十分重要的意义。本文结合龙瑞高速中隧道工程实例，对工程的施工方案进行了详细的规划，对施工时诸多因素尽可能充分的考虑，突出科学性、适应性是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要技术条件。分析了此隧道在施工中所存在的问题及一些重难点工程的施工方案与施工工艺，并提出了具体的方法和一些新的技术。
