SUBCONTRACTOR shall supply a HSE Management Team and organisation with sufficient numbers of properly qualified, experienced and authorised personnel to exercise such project direction, management, supervision and co-ordination over its work force, SUBSUBCONTRACTORS and VENDORS as is necessary to fulfil all of the SUBCONTRACT requirements. Details of the HSE Management Team shall be submitted for APPROVAL before commencement of the WORK. CONTRACTOR shall have the right to interview Key Personnel.
