Edible mushroom species Hericium erinaceus Noru 2, Pleurotus eryngii, Lentinula edodes, Flammulina velutipes, Grifola frondosa, Daedaleopsis tricolor, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pycnoporus coccineus, and Hypsizygus marmoreus were obtained from the Mushroom Research Institute (Gwangju, Korea).
