Shading Color Poor -
a. Color value not matching to standards of approved shade band
b. Shade variance between fabric and thread, unless specified Color uneven -
a. Dye/shade variance within garment, except due to grain of fabric
b. Dye spots, fading, streaks or uneven dyeing
c. Color change in fabric due to pressing Color wrong –
a. Color hue not matching to standards or approved L.L.Bean shade bands (when available)
Parts Shaded -
a. Objectionable fade or shade bars, as defined by L.L.Bean
b. Tops and bottoms color shade does not match Shine -
a. Brightness produced by the press
b. Press or shine marks resulting from the use of clamps or other holding devices
