我想分享在關係中有關聆聽技巧的理論，聆聽技巧分為四類，第一類是關係式聆聽者，第二類是分析式聆聽者，第三類是關鍵式聆聽者，第四類是任務式聆聽者。我是傾向關係式聆聽者和關鍵式聆聽者，因為關係式聆聽者是重視情緒和感受，偏向喜歡故事和個人經歷。而關鍵式聆聽者是傾向在事實中，了解當中的邏輯，從而推測出結果。
