4.1 Given the nature of the hospitality business, the work week will be six days. However, you will be required to work longer hours depending on your workload and assignment.
4.2 You are entitled to paid leave on gazette public holidays as indicated in your employee handbook. These must be taken as off – day when they occur.
4.3 After completion of every full year of service to the Company, you will be entitled fifteen (15) working days paid vacation leaves.
4.4 You may wish to break this vacation allowance into several short leaves if mutually convenient. All vacation entitlement must be taken prior to the end of your employment contract on yearly basic and this shall arrange withthe DepartmentHead. No leaves may be accrued without the written approval from the DepartmentHead.
