Due to the limitation of circle wall, it is risky to do die bond.
You can refer to the attached picture, the distance between die and wall is less than 50 um,
which is too close and out of space tolerance.
We wonder if you have backup die whose size is smaller than 1.385*1.217.
Klaws: We suggest to change the die size to 1*1 - YES – We will send you dies which
are 1x1
We got the PO from PTO side last weekend, and we still have few questions need confirm
with you.
1. May I know the Qty for this PO? and this PO is for assembly only in ASECL? not including
the Test?(Because there is test kit limit now) - The quantity will be tied to VCSEL dies.
We are processing them now and should be able to ship out in 3 weeks.
