ich möchte das Handy reklamieren. Seit gestern lädt es einfach irgendwelche komischen Apps und installiert die einfach. Zurücksetzen in den Werkszustand klappt auch nicht, die Apps sind noch alle da.
Und seit gerade eben kann man noch nicht mal mehr Whatsapp oder Twitter downloaden.
Und trotz Android 4.4. Kikat kann man kein Pokemon Go downloaden.

Ich möchte das Handy zurück geben, da es nicht nutzbar ist, so wie es im Moment läuft.
