Minor –
• Defects which are not objectionable if noticed by the customer.
• However, combinations of minor defects on the same garment may cause rejection of garment.
Critical –
• Defects that are likely to result in injury, unsafe conditions or render the garment unusable
• Defects which do not meet legal or regulated obligations
• Rejection based on these defects will automatically require 100% inspection by vendor and re-audit before shipment and would be given special priority and focus.
Example: 1 broken stitch + 1 soilage + 1 fabric flaw = 1 Rejected Garment
