his is not ok and you should be updated as to the status of the hotels you are servicing. Disgraceful and not acceptable.
What do you suggest instead?
Have you debited the card for the room charge or any other charge?
How do I cancel the booking? Why do you not cancel the booking! I have no time to spend on this as I have to search for a new hotel.
I will never use your service again and demand a full apology from your side.
