Pre & post-contrast MRI of the brai

Pre & post-contrast MRI of the brain shows: * No abnormal signal change visualized at DW images. * No abnormal contrast enhancement after GD-DTPA. * No abnormal signal change visualized at gradient images. * Intact gray-white matter differentiation. * Ventricles are not dilated. * No mass effect or midline shift. * Pituitary gland is not enlarged. * Midline pituitary stalk. * No aneurysmal dilatation or vascular narrowing visualized at MR angiography. * Paranasal sinuses are well aerated. * Both middle ear & mastoids are well aerated. * No definite abnormality at both orbits.Essentially negative study.

*鼻竇的通氣良好。
*雙方中耳乳突和很好通風。
*在兩個軌道上沒有明確異常。
基本上是陰性的研究。

兩個中耳乳突充氣良好。
*兩眼眶未見明顯异常。
本質上是消極的研究。
