Fig. 2 shows the SEM images of the blanked product obtained by the finish blanking method. Afractured surface of about 20% of the plate thickness was formed on the cut surface of JIS SUS304.On the other hand, in the case of 316L, no fracture surface could be confirmed, and the entire surface became a shear surface. As a general knowledge of shear processing, it is said that the higher the ductility of the work material, the higher the shear surface ratio at the cut surface [12]. However, among the two materials used in this experiment, in the tensile test, the elongation of JIS SUS 304 is higher than that of JIS SUS 316 L, which is different from the previous knowledge of shear processing.
