Syria has denounced Turkey's decision to force a Syrian passenger airplane to land on Ankara(安卡拉), the Syrian foreign minister said the decision was hostile and compared to piracy, the ministry said holding of the flight from Russia to Syria was another sign of hostile policies of the Turkish government. It accused Turkey of sheltering rebels and bombing Syria territory. On Wednesday, Turkish military jets forced the plance to land, Turkish officials suspected it was carrying weapons from Russia to the Syrian government. A crew member of the plane said Turkish officials restrained the hands of the crew, and made them lie on the ground as the plane was searched. The plane was permitted to complete its trip to Syria early Thursday after Turkey ceased what it called illegal cargo.
