Preschool teachers’ psychological capital influences their job involvement This study integrated hypotheses [H1], [H2], and [H3] and verified that the emotional labor and psychological capital of preschool teachers are related to their job involvement. Many studies have used psychological capital as a mediating variable and found the mediating effect of psychological capital to be statistically significant. The greater the mediating effect is, the more favorable a person’s subjective perception and the higher an employee’s job satisfaction are (Chung, 2009; Huang, 2009; Jensen & Luthans, 2006; Wu, 2010)
