thanks for your reply and support and sure I DO TRUST YOU , but the problem is that i am the Boss of Dicon and not of Boigle andalso boigle has to understand that we have lost a lot of money in defected parts and all we are asking for is to be clear on how and when to solve pending matters....shall i remind you that in the past we was sending you e-mails for after sales services and no answer from your side for weeks....and until now DICON paid money for product AND BOIGLE delivered bad quality and still boigle did not offer a CLEAR solution.
regarding plan for tv i am ready but i want from BOIGLE side to be clear and whenever there is a problem to replace without any delay.
