Party under this Agreement shall bear the cost of the guarantee or warranty liability, because the Party does not complete product acceptance and treated as exempt.

結果 (英文) 2:

Party B shall be exempt from the guarantee or defect guarantee liability to be borne under this contract and shall not be deemed exempt from it by the completion of The Product Acceptance by Party A.

結果 (英文) 3:

Party B's liability for warranty or defect warranty under this contract shall not be deemed as exemption due to Party A's completion of product acceptance.
