6.5 Policing the constraints
For the activity to work effectively, all the other constraints within the briefs must be followed. If not, the activity will become too easy and learning will be lost. The best way to do this is to mention in the general brief that there are constraints within the briefs and that these have been put there to enhance the learning opportunities.
If there are any unintentional transgressions, point them out to those concerned quietly.
If anyone appears to be operating outside the spirit of the activity, remind them that the constraints are there for positive reasons, not just to make life difficult!
