The focus of my study in this disse

The focus of my study in this dissertation is to study an example of company privatization in Hong Kong and how does this company use the accounting tools to develop the goal of maximization their profit.
For the privatization occurred in Hong Kong recently years, this research hope to assess the impacts of the investment center of the privatization company, regarding some particular reference from the Link Reit after initial public offering. The research include compare the investment center between private sector and government sector, the impact of the investment policy of a privatization company
