Degradation studies were performed

Degradation studies were performed in duplicates by incubat-ing palHA textile strips (1 cm × 1.5 cm) in porcine plasma (4 mL, PP)or simulated blood plasma (4 mL, SBP) with/without the additionof bovine serum albumin (30 mg · mL−1, BSA). Soaked textile stripswere incubated at 37◦C in an Innova 40 shaking incubator (Eppen-dorf, 35 rpm) for 5 weeks. PP and SBP were replaced with fresh onesevery 7 days. The extent of degradation was assessed by studyingphotographs taken at pre-determined time intervals.

降解研究通過孵化palHA紡織條（1釐米×1.5釐米）在豬血漿（4 mL，PP）或類比血漿（4 mL，SBP）與/不添加牛血清白蛋白（30毫克 + mL=1，BSA）進行重複。浸泡的紡織條在37°C的Innova 40搖動培養箱（Eppen-dorf，35rpm）孵育5周。PP 和 SBP 每 7 天更換一次新鮮產品。通過研究在預定時間間隔拍攝的照片來評估退化的程度。
