We definitely suggest, if you haven’t already done so, that you consult the advice of a health care professional in case of any allergies as it is not a normal occurrence for this to happen in reaction to our formula.

We would like to re-assure you, that changes in the colour, taste, texture and smell of our formulas are not unexpected as we manufacture relatively small batches and use different batches of raw ingredients. Particularly in certified organic food production, there are more variations from season to season and this can also include milk and milk products which can change slightly in colour from creamy white to rich slightly yellow creamy white. Changes in colour, taste, texture and smell can also depending on the breed of cows being milked. Another ingredient in our formula which can change colour slightly is the certified organic oil blend which can become more yellow or golden depending on the season. Therefore, it is quite normal for each packet to vary slightly in colour, consistency and even taste.
We take all feedback from our customers very seriously. We understand your concern about the product and want you to know that we have raised an alert with our production team with the details you have provided. Your feedback has also been filed on our register.

If you are concerned with the formula you have purchased, we will be more than happy to retrieve the product back from you and conduct an investigation.
