This system detects bellows failure

This system detects bellows failure of any low pressure silane or hydrogen valve. Similar to the N1 Leak Detection System, this system is filled with 5 psig nitrogen. A check valve and an interlock valve installed in series are utilized to prevent the process gas from flowing into the nitrogen header.
