Diagnosis: cerebral thrombosis with cerebral infarction.
This 64 y/o man, he had acute onset slurred speech at 14:00 on 104/11/14.
In several hours, the symptom progressed to left upper and lower limb weakness.
Left mouth angle deviation and gait disturbance.
For these symptoms, he was sent to Shu- Zen Hosputal ER for help.
At ER, the patient had fair consciousness.
Light reflexes were normal.
Brain CT showed suspicious recent infarction at left middle cerebral artery territory with global aphsia and left hemiparesis.
