12、 FINAL PROVISIONS
Place of Jurisdiction, applicable law:
Exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes associated with or resulting out of this agreement is A – 4910 Ried im Innkreis. This agreement is construed and governed by the laws of Austria to the exclusion of the choice of law principals.

Severability clause:
The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of this NDA under any jurisdiction shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provision hereof. Any provision so affected by invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall be replaced by another provision which is valid, legal and enforceable and which is from economic point of view mostly similar to the affected provision.

Formal requirements:
No additional agreements have been arranged to the subject matter. Amendments of this covenant require written form. This also applies for removing this formal requirement.
This NDA is concluded in German and English language. In case of a dispute between these two versions the German version shall prevail.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this NDA with all-round signing.
