Die Uhr ist seit einigen Tagen in meiner Benutzung.

Leider bin ich enttäuscht über das Zifferblatt, in der Auktion wurden andere gezeigt. (siehe Anhang).
Die von mir genutzten Funktionen sind eher unzufrieden, d.h. eingestellte Einstellungen setzen sich teilweise zurück
oder kann man nicht nutzen, außerdem fehlt mir der Zugang zu einer vernünftigen APP und eine Bedienungsanleitung.
Das Unterteil der Uhr (Metallplatte) hatte Rostansatz bei Lieferung, obwohl die Schutzfolie noch aufgeklebt war.

Ich bitte um Info, wie meine Unzufriedenheit beseitigt werden kann.
