Last weeks during migration and servers slowing down it did occur to few (very few of you) that your payment request did show as paid in your back office and it didn't arrive on your payeer account. We did ask to payeer an API to be able to download history of payments ONCE we receive this we will compare payments in back office with payments to payeer AND that those who were not paid will be AUTOMATICALLY. just like it was always the case...
We talk here about less than 0.05% of payment request....
Also some were paid twice or even three times same amount (but we don't hear about them in support) . their wallet will be diminished once we receive payeer API missing history.

you need to fill in your personal info into your settings part and send us answer to this mail with a copy of your ID or Passport corresponding to the info
Add a precise request with old and new email
change will be done right after
