Please note that suppliers sometimes sell to Hi Level on their own or through their authorized distributors. As such, you will see different names in the suppliers's list (such list was also provided to Deloitte). For the purpose of our disclosure in the prospectus, we as sponsor would add up purchases from such distributors for the same supplier in our tables.
