Licensee will keep complete and accurate books of account and records in the normal course of business as necessary to determine its gross revenue and corresponding Royalty obligations payable to Licensor. Licensee will retain such books and records for a period of at least 3 years after the payment of Royalties to Licensor, notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement.
