Both phone and tablet are overheati

Both phone and tablet are overheating. Phone is restarting for no reason even during a call. Battery is set to give longest life but only holds a charge for a few hours even when not in use. Cannot locate how to update the firmware or software for the phone. All apps are updating correctly. This morning the phone crashed while idle and the dos style prompts initiated. It requested I make selections to update the firmware and/or software but when I selected these it would not do anything just sent me back to the menu. The only selection allowed was to "reboot phone" PLEASE ADVISE!!

過熱手機和平板電腦。甚至在調用期間沒有理由重新開機手機。電池設置給最長的壽命，但只擁有幾個小時的收費甚至在不使用時。找不到如何更新固件或軟體的電話。所有的應用程式正確更新。今天早上電話墜毀在空閒時，dos 風格發起的提示。它要求我進行選擇，以更新的固件和/或軟體但選中這些不會做任何東西就把我打發回功能表。允許的唯一選擇就是"重新開機電話"請建議!!
