At the same time, a startup has to consider all of the ways that people might use its product differently than it expected. Not all of these uses will be positive. People use products at many different times, in different locations, and in ways that a startup may have never initially envisioned. It is important to work through some of these unexpected scenarios. What are the most likely ways that the product might be broken? How can the design help minimize these or overcome this possibility—or allow for a quick recovery to the right track?
