Je viens de passer commande du sac Chanel 50 275.
Mauvaise surprise :
1) je n'ai pas pu payer avec Paypal comma annoncé sur votre page.
2) j'ai payé avec mon compte sécurisé Visa. Ma banque a vérifié l'authenticité de ma commande et mon identité. Tout était OK.
Je viens de recevoir un mail de votre organisme de paiement qui me demande un nouveau contrôle en lui envoyant la photo des 4 derniers chiffres de ma carte de crédit ainsi que le nom inscrit dessus.
Je ne sais pas faire une telle manipulation et je leur ai dit.
Je suis un peu surprise de cette façon de faire que je n'ai jamais connue avant. Si après un paiement sécurisé par ma banque, on doute encore de ma carte de crédit et de ma commande, je leur ai dit d'annuler ma commande.
De plus, cette démarche n'était pas mentionnée lors de la commande, sinon, ne sachant pas comment faire, je n'aurai pas validé ma commande ni engagé le paiement.
Tant de soupçon de votre part ne m'incite pas à la confiance !
Je vous confirme donc que si vous ne vous contentez pas de mon paiement sécurisé, vous pouvez annuler ma commande et ne pas utiliser mon ordre de paiement.
